Hary Tanoesoedibjo
President Commissioner
Indonesian citizen, born in Surabaya in 1965. He is the founder of the MNC Group. He obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Carleton University, Canada in 1988 and a Master of Business Administration from Ottawa University, Canada in 1989. He was appointed as President Commissioner of PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama since 30 May 2014.
He also serves as President Commissioner of PT Bhumi Sriwijaya Perdana Coal (2023-Present), President Commissioner of PT Bhakti Coal Resources (2023-Present), President Commissioner of PT Bhakti Migas Resources (2023-Present), President Commissioner of PT Putra Muba Coal (2023- Present), President Commissioner of PT MNC Port Indonesia (2022-Present), President Commissioner of PT Bhakti Coal Kaltim (2022-present), President Commissioner of PT Bhakti Nickel Resources (2022-Present), Director of Global Jasa Sejahtera (2019), Commissioner of GLD Properti (2017), and President Commissioner of PT Bhakti Panjiwira (2013).

Indonesian citizen, born in Jakarta in 1971. She obtained a Bachelor of Economics in Accounting from Trisakti University, Jakarta in 1995. She was appointed as Commissioner of PT MNC Infrastruktur Utama since 30 May 2014.
She also serves as Commissioner of PT Bhumi Sriwijaya Perdana Coal (2023-Present), Director of PT Bhakti Migas Resources (2023-Present), Commissioner of PT Putra Muba Coal (2023-Present), Commissioner of PT Bhakti Nickel Resources (2022-Present), Commissioner PT Bhakti Coal Resources (2022-Present), Director of PT Bhakti Migas Resources (2022-Present), Director of PT MNC Energi (2018-2022), Director of PT Global Transport Services (2015-Present), and Director of PT Bhakti Panjiwira (2013) .
He previously served as a Research Analyst in 1996 and continued her career as Senior Vice President, Treasury and Corporate Finance Group CEO Office PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk until 2014. Before joining MNC Group, she began her career as a Data Analyst at PT HSBC Securities Indonesia (1995-1996).
