Service Area

Taking into account the promising potential in the coal sector, in 2014 MNC Infratama took business opportunities in Kalimantan and Sumatra by building a port in an area of ± 14 ha in Palaran District, Samarinda, East Kalimantan. MNC Infratama has been serving over 20 institutions with recurring leases. Supported by a myriad of facilities such as a hauling road, weighbridge, ROM coal stockpile, crushing plant, and barge loading conveyor, MNC Infratama’s port in East Kalimantan has implemented settling ponds to process potentially toxic waste, effectively reducing the release of hazardous materials into the environment.
Additionally, MNC Infratama operates three ports in Bayung Lencir District, Mangsang, South Sumatra, each covering ± 14 ha, namely Putra Muba Coal, Bhumi Sriwijaya Perdana Coal, and Indonesia Batu Prima Energi, along with Arthaco Prima Energy which is currently under development. In South Sumatra, MNC Infratama provides multiple services i.e., mining contractor, hauling road maintenance, and coal port, while operating various facilities such as hauling road, weighbridge, ROM coal stockpile, crushing plant, and barge loading conveyor. MNC Infratama also increases the number of operational machines for stable production process and implements settling ponds to mitigate environmental quality degradation during mining activities.
